Heartland Sulphur Terminal Phase II
[Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada]- Heartland Sulphur LP is continuing to move forward in the development of its Heartland Sulphur Terminal. Phase I will be completed and operational in late 2017.
Phase I will be 2,000 MT per day of forming capacity. Accommodations in the facility’s initial engineering and design allow for the potential of increasing Heartland Sulphur Terminal’s forming capacity with the addition of another 2,000 MT per day unit (4,000 MT per day total capacity). With multiple supply sources for the terminal already secured, and supply commitments to the facility beyond Heartland’s initial expectations, Heartland Sulphur LP is now open to commitments for Phase II.
Heartland Sulphur will be instrumental in providing sulphur producers with a unique and efficient logistic service as it is ideally situated for producers in the oil sands, Edmonton and surrounding area.
